Poste basé à Renens ou en Suisse (préférence Suisse alémanique) (flexible) – Home office possible

Travailler main dans la main avec les designers, chefs de projets et clients
Interpréter les besoins des clients et les transformer en solutions concrètes
Évoluer dans une entreprise en développement, avec des perspectives d'évolution
Tes missions :
Coordination complète de projets (planning, budget, entreprises, plans)
Lecture, ajustement et suivi de plans (idéalement via AutoCAD)
Présence sur site et gestion de chantiers en Suisse et parfois en Europe
Réunion hebdomadaire à Lausanne – le reste en home office
Être un relais terrain fiable et orienté solution auprès des clients et partenaires
Profil recherché :
Formation : Architecture, Direction de travaux, ou similaire (niveau Bachelor)
Expérience en coordination de projets, idéalement en retail ou hospitality
Allemand business impératif + Anglais ou Français courant
Excellente maîtrise d'Excel et d'un outil de planification (MS Project ou équivalent)
Connaissances AutoCAD = atout
Autonomie, rigueur, flexibilité, sens du détail et capacité à comprendre les besoins du client
Motivation, envie de s’impliquer et de trouver des solutions concrètes

Be a trusted, solution-oriented partner to clients and project stakeholders
Your profile:
Education: Architecture, Site Management, or similar (Bachelor level)
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in retail or hospitality
Business-level German + Fluent in English or French
Excellent command of Excel and planning tools (MS Project or similar)
AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
Autonomous, rigorous, flexible, with an eye for detail and client understanding
