We are looking for experienced and motivated **Corporate Action Analyst** to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands!
**Roles & Responsibilities **
** **
* Processing all mandatory and voluntary corporate actions (stock splits, stock dividends, spin-offs, exchanges, mergers, tenders, consents) on global custody accounting system
* Shareholders' meetings and disclosure management
* Manage Corporate Actions Escalations related to internal and external stakeholders
* Corporate action information received from vendors and other sources is accurately interpreted and recorded on the Corporate Actions Dept
* The high degree of risk inherent in corporate actions processing is identified, understood, and controlled so that financial losses due to misinterpretation of information or processing error are minimized
* Processing client elections / instructions on voluntary corporate actions
* Demonstrate the ability to identify potential risk scenarios
* Implement controls to minimize operational risk
* Knowledge of securities master data (knowledge of Bloomberg and Telekurs is a plus)
**What are we looking for?**
* Bachelor-s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred but not required
* Solid working knowledge of the key elements of CA processing
* Possess the ability to call out high risk items or seek assistance to minimize loss to either the shareholder and/or Fidelity
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily objectives
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risk and risk mitigation opportunities
* Ability to multi-task and work autonomously while balancing own work and assisting the team
* Knowledge of Area Finanza CAD represents a preferential criterion
* **Language - Italian Bilingual/Native & English B1**
