As the HR Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to inspire a generation of watch enthusiasts by developing and nurturing exceptional talents. The HR Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's human resources development programs. This role focuses on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees to meet the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs that address company needs and employee development; Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments; Coordinate with external training providers and manage training budgets.
- Talent Management : Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees; Oversee succession planning and career development initiatives; Conduct talent assessments and provide coaching and development plans.
- Performance Management : Design and manage the performance appraisal process; Provide guidance to managers on performance management practices; Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity; Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to inform HR strategies; Foster a positive work environment through recognition programs and employee feedback mechanisms.
- HR Strategy and Planning : Collaborate with senior management to align HR development programs with business objectives; Develop HR policies and procedures related to employee development and performance; Monitor and report on key HR metrics and trends.
- HRBP HQ & International : Play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent; Work with managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and onboard new hires; Facilitate performance reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development programs; Advise on compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends; Participate in salary reviews and benefit negotiations; Contribute to organizational development initiatives, such as culture change programs, organizational restructuring, and process - improvements; Help to create a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on training and development, talent management, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- French and English is mandatory
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to HR challenges.
