IT Procurement & Category Specialist

Your responsibilities:
• Execute sourcing initiatives and lead related contract negotiations
• Provide procurement and sourcing support for IT-related projects across:
-IT Services
-IT Operations
-Hardware
-Software
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sourcing strategies
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Utilize tools such as SAP Ariba (including eAuctioning), PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint to support procurement processes
• Contribute to achieving cost efficiency and process improvement in IT procurement

What do you bring:
• University degree, preferably in business or engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing and category management, specifically within IT categories
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and results-oriented
• Solid contract management expertise
• Proficiency with SAP Ariba, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Business-level fluency in English
• Must be located in Switzerland
