### Your tasks ###
* Business Requirements Analysis: Identify and analyze business requirements to understand the impact of changes in IT systems
* Solution Design: Contribute to or orchestrate solution design procedures and oversee the com-pany's implementation process end-to-end to ensure alignment with business requirements and IT strategy
* Process Improvement: Recommend system and process changes and collaborate with IT and business partners to implement these changes
* Documentation: Create detailed business analysis documents, including project plans, business requirements documents, and functional specifications
* Project Management: Prioritize and manage IT-related projects based on business requirements
* Post-Carve-out Activities: Ensure data migration, system integration, risk management, and ef-fective communication and change management
* TSA Contract Execution Coordination: Oversee contract management, project planning, re-source allocation, and performance monitoring
* Technical Implementation: Implement process automation, develop and customize IT systems, ensure quality assurance, manage incidents, and monitor solution effectiveness
### Your profile ###
* Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
* Outstanding communication and coordination skills
* Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external service providers
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
* Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
