International Key Accounts
The International Key Accounts are clustered into 3 Strategic Customer clusters - Sustain & Grow network, Protect & Acquire Network, Strategic customer focus Sonic. The Network is responsible for driving the specific Network in an empowered way, focused on growing our Diagnostics Business into the Divisional International Key Accounts with a customer & patient centric approach.
The Role
As the Marketing Lead for International Key Accounts, Roche Diagnostics, you will be part of the Leadership of the International Key Account Management team E-L and will work closely with respective Network/ International Corporate Account Leaders & International Key Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting the strategic direction for the Marketing strategy and execution for the International Key Accounts Network, in alignment with the Divisional and Regional strategy.
- Co-create an account-specific marketing strategy with the IKAMs, leveraging thought leadership platforms (LabLeaders, Healthcare Transformers) and Gold-Silver-Bronze marketing packages with high C-suite relevance (i.e. Sustainability, Innovation, Neurology, Cardiometabolic)
- Enables the IKAMs with curated strategic insights and hands-on support to design and execute customized marketing experiences
- Acts as an interface between the IKAMs, and other marketing and product management functions (M&CI, NEO, …) to drive execution
- Collaborate with Global Strategic Insights chapter (M&CI) on the launch and maintenance of account-level customer insights strategy (NPS, customer service data, complaints database, customer financial reports, market research)
- Collaborate with Global Strategic Insights chapter (M&CI) on consolidating all relevant market research and customer area market reports, summarizing key strategic implications and relevant commentary for the IKAM network
- Consolidate and deliver all competitive insights from global Roche Academy (M&CI) including all competitive marketing programs (i.e. Competitive Masterclasses) and best practice sharing opportunities (i.e. Essential Competitive Talks)
- Develop a learning and development strategy for the IKAM network, leveraging all available regional (NEO Commercial Excellence) and global (M&CI Roche Commercial Academy) training programs, tools, and assets
Who you are
To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following skills and experiences:
- Strong business/ commercial acumen and good knowledge of the Healthcare market
- Prior Marketing, Product and Solution Management experience is an essential requirement and excellent understanding of Roche structure and Network
- Systems thinker and ability to navigate the Roche world
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and skills around digital & AI tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building, leading, and coaching teams, and ability to communicate complex topics simply and articulately to various audiences
