Profound experience with:

data model adaptions in ServiceNow
domain separation and cross-domain reuse
service automation alongside instantiation
the integration of external automation frameworks and data stores
portal generation based on business service portfolios and external UX design
reporting and service dashboards in particular for billing and monitoring
Advanced knowledge of:
- object orientated design methods
  Additional desired experience with:
  - microservice architectures
  - Python programming
  - SQL - and graph databases
    Skills Must have:
    - 5 years of ServiceNow education
    - Flexibility and great adaptability
    - Self-organizing and responsible (agile mindset)
    - Very good level of written and spoken English
    - Ability to work in cross-cultural environments
    - Agile methodology experience
      Skills Nice to have:
      - German/French are assets
