## Description du poste ##

For an international organization we are hiring a **Senior GL Accountant for a unlimited term contract.**




The ideal candidate holds a CPA / ACCA or Brevet Federal and has 7 to 10 years of experience on a GL role in Switzerland or in France.

**Responsabilities** :




* Manage and oversee general ledger accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards (French or/and Swiss Statutory)
* Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings - including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
* Ensure proper documentation and review of all transactions posted in the general ledger.
* Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Support external audits
* Mentor and support junior accountants as needed.

* CPA or ACCA
* 7-10 years of experience as a GL accountat
* Ideally a previous experience in a Big4
* Soon available (1 month notice)
* Autonomous and pragmatic individual
* French and English (c1)
