Description
We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to join our client, an internationally active company based in Baar, operating in an innovative and future-oriented field, as a Team Assistant. In this responsible position, you will support the management in administrative and organizational matters and contribute significantly to the smooth running of daily operations.
This is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months.
Team Assistant 100% (a)
Your tasks:
· Team assistant for three departments at the HQ, including directors
· Organise internal and/or external meetings for the directors or the departments; manage agendas
· Tracking of invoicing (SAP), receiving and expediting correspondence
· Arrange travels, hotel bookings and liaise with team assistants in other countries to ensure proper logistics, including for external visitors (Egencia)
· Collect various documents and aggregate for presentations; scan and archive as per guidelines
· Support reception activities on an ad hoc basis (holiday coverage ...)
Your qualifications:
· Federal diploma for executive assistance
· Experience in a similar position
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience with SAP
· Independent, precise, and structured working style
· Team player, reliable, and resilient
· Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
