## Job Description ##

Work hand in hand with business leaders to set realistic financial targets and turn business data into meaningful financial insights.
*
Deliver detailed analyses of financial performance, KPIs, and variances versus plan/forecast, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities to guide decision-making.
*
Build and maintain advanced financial models to support ongoing forecasting and scenario planning.
*
Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
*
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial assessments and recommendations.
* Contribute to business cases for new projects, investments, or acquisitions.
*
Partner with teams across the organization to understand operational needs and provide tailored financial support.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science or related field.
* 3-5 years experience in FP&A.
* Proven experience in building and maintaining financial models.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
* Experience in driving data integration within the finance system landscape.
* Proficiency in SAP/SAC and advanced Excel skills.
