Our client is a leading company in the financial technology sector, specializing in innovative banking solutions.
## Job Description ##
* Lead engagement with clients/business to gather, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.
* Analyze customer business requests and translate them into functional specifications.
* Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and joint development workshops.
* Work with Technical Experts to ensure full accountability of Product Detailed Specifications (PDS).
* Provide clarifications to the project team during the development phase.
* Arrange and chair meetings with business stakeholders and technology teams.
* Recommend changes to business processes to align with Core Banking System processes.
* Own artifacts and collaborative documentation across all project phases.
* Contribute to the development of project plans by providing workload estimates.
* Prepare and perform functional testing to support UAT.
* Contribute to post Go-live checks covering core and external systems impacted.
* Support clients throughout project phases (requirement gathering, tests, deployment, presentations).
* Define and develop various services around/for the products.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial technology sector.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience in leading workshops and brainstorming sessions.
* Ability to translate complex business needs into functional specifications.
* Familiarity with core banking systems and processes.
* Experience in preparing and performing functional testing.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Ability to work closely with technical experts and project teams.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
