Your role

Do you have a proven track record advising clients in a portfolio context and in discretionary mandate solutions ? Do you have expertise across a range of asset classes and markets? Are you equipped to address client needs and support business objectives through efficient provision of clients with our comprehensive shelf of discretionary mandate solutions and in collaboration with client advisors? We're looking for someone like that to:

- Lead the Client Investment Specialist team, managing the team priorities and pipeline, providing overall guidance and managing senior stakeholders
- Act as client facing investment specialist promoting and retaining the entire range of our discretionary mandate shelf to (U)HNW domiciled in Latin America
- Participate in client meetings, in Switzerland and cross-border, focused on acquisition, retention and review of the most important Wealth Management Latam clients
- Holistically advise and educate CAs and clients on our product shelf, sales tools and CIO content
- Manage discretionary solutions acquisition pipeline (top-up and SoW opportunities)
- Systematically run aftersales initiatives for clients invested in our discretionary mandate solutions
- Support client book screening with a focus on book conversion to discretionary solutions
- Establish working relationships with all relevant internal and external contacts/specialists and use this network to strengthen existing client relationships as well as to support building up new ones

Your team

You will be working in (and leading) the Client Investment Specialist Team under Advisory & Sales WM Latin America International, advising Wealth Management (U)HNW clients domiciled in Latin America. Your base will be in Zurich. We are a dynamic, open minded team that strives to provide best in class solutions for our clients. We work closely with client advisors, taking responsibility for sales and after-sales of discretionary mandates, while keeping always a close eye on share of wallet opportunities for other product categories

Your expertise

- Fluent in English, Spanish and / or Portuguese
- 10+ years of client facing experience in the area of sales, asset-/portfolio management or portfolio construction
- Analytical skills applied to multi-asset portfolios required as much as the ability to translate complex financial information into client friendly language
- Structured and with a systematic sales approach
- People / team management experience
- Proven presentation / communication skills in front of client advisors and clients
- Advanced degree in area of finance (CAIA, CFA, MBA etc.) is a plus
A proactive team player with a successful track record in a demanding environment
