THE POSITION
The HR Services Assistant together with the HR Services Specialist provides administrative personnel support to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners at Celonic AG throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to off boarding. This role includes processing employee data and contract changes, managing time tracking and absences, handling employee inquiries, and maintaining HR databases. The HR Services Assistant also supports HR policy implementation and process improvements, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law and internal regulations.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Provide administrative HR support in collaboration with the HR Services Specialist to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle from hiring to off boarding.
Process changes in employee information, contracts, agreements, and terminations in a timely and compliant manner.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR services and administration.
Provide guidance on labor law, tax, and social security matters.
Manage time tracking and absence records in our HR systems.
Support HR Business Partners and managers with case management (e.g., long-term sickness or special personal situations) by providing accurate information and analysis.
Responsible for the administration and reporting of employee absences and accidents in collaboration with external partners and Payroll.
Maintain HR databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting to Finance, Management, and external authorities.
Support HR policy implementation and process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Personalassistentin, Personalfachfrau, Bachelor in HR, or similar
+3 years of experience in HR Services or similar roles.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Sound understanding of Swiss Labor Law.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with a solution-driven mindset.
Exceptional administrative and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Independent and proactive work approach with a high level of reliability.
German (native) and English fluent; additional languages are a plus.
