Marketing Coordinator
From May 2025 (or soon thereafter)
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring fresh ideas, creativity, and a modern perspective to our marketing and communication efforts. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing our school's visibility, engaging our community, and attracting prospective families. This position is ideal for a creative and proactive individual who thrives in an international environment and is eager to contribute to our school's growth and reputation. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and programs.
Manage content creation for digital and print materials, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
Oversee social media accounts, ensuring engaging and relevant content that reflects the school’s identity.
Collaborate with various departments to showcase school events, student achievements, and key initiatives.
Maintain and update the school website and the school portal with fresh and engaging content.
Coordinate photography and videography projects to highlight the school’s vibrant community.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Qualifications & Skills
A degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a passion for storytelling.
Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus).
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and website management (WordPress or similar) is an advantage.
