Aufgaben

Eigener Aufgabenbereich zur Sicherung der Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität in Absprache mit der Stationsleitung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Pflegeexperten
Gewährleistung der professionellen Pflege unserer Patientinnen und Patienten mit verschiedenen Krankheitsbildern mit Schwerpunkt Chirurgie
Unterstützung in der themenbezogenen Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegefachpersonen
Mitwirkung in Foren und Arbeitsgruppen und Ausarbeitung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien und Pflegestandards


Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson FH/HF mit BScN oder Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF im Studium zur BScN, sowie Berufserfahrungen auf einer chirurgischen Bettenstation in einem Akutspital in der Schweiz
Fähigkeit des Praxistransfers von wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen und Sicherung deren Umsetzung
Freude an der direkten Pflege und deren Weiterentwicklung
Fähigkeit zur Empathie mit gleichzeitiger innerer Stabilität
Engagement und Eigeninitiative im Kontakt mit unseren Patientinnen und Patienten sowie den Mitarbeitenden anderer Bereiche
Leadership Fähigkeiten

Nursing Specialist 80-100% Ward with Focus on Surgery

Tasks:

Managing own area of responsibility to ensure the quality of care and support, in coordination with the ward management and in collaboration with nursing experts

Participating in forums and working groups, as well as developing, implementing, and refining guidelines and nursing standards


Profile:

Completed training as a certified nurse (FH/HF) with BScN, or as a certified nurse HF currently studying for a BScN, with experience on a surgical ward in an acute hospital in Switzerland
Ability to apply scientific knowledge in practice and ensure its implementation
Enthusiasm for direct patient care and its further development
Ability to empathize while maintaining inner stability
Commitment and initiative in interactions with patients and colleagues from other departments
Leadership skills
