Location: Bern Workload: Full-time Your tasks: Functional (further) development of complex web applications. Implementation of user interfaces and user experiences based on UX/UI design specifications in modular, responsive, extensible, and maintainable (open-source) code. Creation of interactive charts and visualizations (e.g., using D3.js) to represent complex data. Execution of unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality. Integration of multilingual support (German, French, English, and Italian - as needed) during the (further) development of web applications by using efficient and user-friendly content management systems. Technical documentation of implemented solutions. Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to foster agile working practices and facilitate continuous exchange between domain experts, design, and development. Your profile: Several years of professional experience in frontend development, particularly in the implementation of dashboards and web applications with complex business logic. In-depth understanding of design principles, user guidance, and responsive design. Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, with a primary focus on Angular development. Familiarity with the D3.js library for interactive data visualizations. Experience in implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deployments, with solid knowledge of the relevant tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton, etc.). Experience with modern testing frameworks for automated testing, including the design of unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
