Senior Relationship Manager Turkish Desk
Functions (duties and responsibilities):
• Private banking customer management of Turkish origin with assets between 1 - >20 MM.
• Acquire new clients and grow local market network with referrals and identifying new prospects.
• Responsible for preparing investment proposals and presenting them to clients.
• Presentation of business reviews on customer portfolios, including tasks such as planning and developing portfolio composition, income and profitability.
• Ensuring Compliance with local laws and any new regulatory developments.
• Travel to Turkey on a regular basis.
• Be a Key player in the growth of the Turkish desk.
Your profile:
• Over 10 years of professional experience in private banking and investment advisory.
• Master’s degree in Banking or Finance, or equivalent. CWMA, EFPA, CFA, CAIA or similar certifications would be an advantage.
• Proven expertise in Turkish financial products and markets, with a strong understanding of the local regulatory and business environment.
• Very good knowledge of the Turkish culture.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and coordinate diverse professionals.
• Strong financial communication skills, with a focus on clear and effective writing tailored to target audiences.
• Willingness and ability to work against deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy.
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Combine persuasive social and problem-solving skills with a strong service orientation, discipline and high-quality mindset.
• Highly self-motivated, open-minded, quick learner, and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
