Beschreibung

  • Support our provider and operational teams in assisting Schindler employees with IT-related matters
  • Analyze and resolve tickets, or route them to the appropriate support group when necessary
  • Manage escalations from a service desk perspective
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles to support continuous service improvement
  • Contribute to small-scale IT projects
  • Perform administrative support tasks for the Global BackOffice
  • Current Bachelor student in IT or similar field
  • Completed apprenticeship in business administration (KV), mediamatics, or IT; or currently enrolled in an IT-related degree
  • Strong technical understanding and solid computer skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive attitude
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Good time management skills with the ability to set priorities when handling multiple cases
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2), both spoken and written
